More Chip Counts Level 7 Half way mark for 1 B

We had just arrived at a table with a 3 way all in and chips
Joe Lawluszki was all in, Player x called and previous to that Rick Rossi had made a bet of more than 90 % of his stack leaving just some brown chips behind.
When the cards were turned over Joe had Pocket 8’s Rick Rossi had J J with the Jack of diamonds, and player x had A 7 of spades.. Player X wished to not be named in the blog however we do know who he is lol.
Joe flopped a set of 8s however it got more interesting as the diamonds were coming.
There was also an A on the flop however with the set out there player x was drawing pretty thin.

Sean Thomson now up to around 40 k

From our blogging area we heard ” All in ” and then a second “All in.”
By the time we got to the table a player who had just gotten knocked out was already leaving and we could not get his name for the Blog.
Sean Thomson had AJ and  the other player had AK and the rest is history as the J hit the flop and Sean scored a nice pot and eliminated the other player from play. A few hands later we witnessed Sean scoop another nice pot.
Sean Thomson who just this weekend won $20,000 and took 1st place at Foxwoods Mini Series $400 event seems to be on a confidence roll.
Sean has over 49 k in live tournament earnings now and looking to capture the trophy and go back to back 1st places.

Tom DeMorro has almost doubled his stack since we last made our rounds of the tables. He now has over $230 K going into level 13 with one more level to go for the day or to 13% which ever happens first . Levels are going up to 1000/2000/300 and players will end day one after level 14 or 13 % of the field.

Tom DeMorro takes chip lead with over 125 k as we close the gap in level 9. Tom has over 17 K in live earnings and is looking for his first nice cash at the SUN.

 
I spoke to Sherwin Agard (The Chip Taker) briefly at the beginning of level 9 who had just returned from his car after busting in level 8.
He was surprised when he came back in that he could not re-enter due to him missing the deadline of the end of level 8.
